Vita Biosa Marzipan Hearts

Ingredients

  • 100 g almonds, blended into flour in a mini chopper
  • 50 g coconut sugar
  • 22 g Vita Biosa Berry
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • A pinch of vanilla
  • (Optional: ½ tsp almond extract)
  • 25 g (up to 40 g) pumpkin seed protein for kneading in and coating before chilling the mixture.

Instructions

  1. Blend everything together in a mini chopper and form a ball or similar shape.
  2. Place it in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Divide the mixture into four parts, shape them into either hearts or marzipan-like pieces, and refrigerate while melting the chocolate.
  4. Coat the pieces with Vivani orange chocolate, white vanilla iChoc, or your preferred chocolate.

Store in the refrigerator.
