Red berry compote

Ingredients

  • 250 g organic strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 100 g organic wild blueberries (frozen)
  • Approx. 3 medium organic rhubarb stalks (cut into smaller pieces)
  • 75 g organic cane sugar or coconut sugar
  • 2 pinches of vanilla
  • 50 ml water
  • 4 shots Vita Biosa Berry (1 shot per serving)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except Vita Biosa to a pot and heat until everything is soft and warmed through.
  2. Blend using an immersion blender or regular blender until smooth.
  3. Pour into jars and refrigerate overnight or until completely chilled.
  4. Before serving, pour one shot of Vita Biosa over each portion, or serve it on the side for mixing. Stir well and enjoy cold and fresh.
