Edamame salad

Ingredients

  • 100 g shelled edamame beans
  • 100 g cucumber
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • 5 g fresh ginger
  • 25 ml soy sauce
  • 25 ml Vita Biosa Original
  • A pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp liquid honey

Instructions

  1. Prepare and measure the edamame beans and place them in a bowl.
  2. Wash and cut the cucumber into desired pieces and add to the edamame.
  3. Cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces and add to the bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, Vita Biosa Original, Himalayan salt, finely chopped ginger, crushed or finely chopped garlic, and honey. Stir well and pour over the salad. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Serve in a bowl or on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
