Chocolate orange mousse

Ingredients

  • 300 g peeled sweet potatoes
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 100 ml Vita Biosa
  • Zest from 1 organic lemon

Instructions

  1. Boil the sweet potatoes in small pieces until tender.
  2. Chop the chocolate and peel the zest from the organic lemon. Add to a blender along with Vita Biosa and the cooked sweet potatoes.
  3. Blend until smooth and pour into serving glasses.
  4. Sprinkle with cocoa nibs and refrigerate for a few hours until completely chilled.
