Chocolate oat bites

Ingredients

  • 450 ml organic gluten-free rolled oats
  • 225 ml organic coconut sugar (or cane sugar)
  • 4–5 tbsp organic raw cocoa powder (or baking cocoa)
  • 100 g organic vegan soft butter
  • 50 ml Vita Biosa Berry
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee mixed with 2 tbsp boiling water (optional)
  • Approx. 200 ml organic desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
  2. Add the butter and knead until you have a smooth, even mixture.
  3. Add Vita Biosa and continue mixing well.
  4. Pour in the coffee and mix thoroughly (optional).
  5. Shape into small balls and roll in desiccated coconut (you can refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes first for a firmer texture).
  6. Place in the fridge and let the oat balls set until ready to serve.
