Choco Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • Zest from 1 organic lemon
  • 80 g chocolate
  • 100 g cashew cream
  • 80 g Vita Biosa
  • 20 g raw cocoa
  • 10 g reishi
  • 15 g pumpkin seed protein
  • 20 g chia protein
  • 15 g almond flour

    Coating
  • ½ bar 100% chocolate with orange
  • Optional: chocolate flakes

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler and mix it with the cashew cream and lemon zest.
  2. Combine all the remaining dry ingredients (except Vita Biosa), then add Vita Biosa and mix until you can form a dough.
  3. Add the Vita Biosa mixture to the chocolate blend and mix thoroughly to create a smooth chocolate mass.
  4. Place the mixture in the fridge and let it set while you melt the coating chocolate.
  5. Take the mixture out, roll into small balls, dip them in the melted chocolate and optionally coat with chocolate flakes.
