Vita Biosa is made through fermentation, where all the sugar content is converted into organic acids (primarily lactic acid and acetic acid), which makes Vita Biosa self-preserving and, together with the 19 herbs, gives the drink a unique and acidic taste. The taste may vary between batches, that is the charm of the natural fermentation process.

Shelf life and storage: After opening, Vita Biosa in a bottle should be refrigerated and can be kept for up to 2 months. Vita Biosa 3 liter bag-in-box stays fresh for up to 6 months after opening and does not need to be refrigerated – neither before nor after opening.

8 cultures of bifido and lactic acid bacteria, which in the fermentation process convert molasses into organic acids (primarily lactic acid and acetic acid).
Organic molasses
Molasses provides powerful nourishment for the bacteria, as it contains both fibers, minerals, and sugar (all sugar is converted during the fermentation process, so Vita Biosa as a finished product is free from sugar).
Organic juices
For our 3 variants with organic juices, we add ginger juice, juice from 3 different berries, and rosehip puree, which gives each variant a unique flavor and nourishes the lactic acid bacteria during the fermentation process.
Dosage and sizes
Vita Biosa comes in 3 different sizes. Once opened, the bottled Vita Biosa should be stored in the fridge and will stay fresh for up to 2 months. The 3 liter bag-in-box does not need to be refrigerated (before or after opening) and can stay fresh for up to 6 months after opening.
